The Enterprise PM883 series SSD adopts SATA 6Gbps interface, equipped with the latest 64 layer 3D TLC NAND technology, proprietary new control chip, and LPDDR4 DRAM cache,
Provide multiple capacities of 240GB-7.68TB to meet the data storage needs of data centers and enterprise servers.
The PM883 series SSD consumes only 2.8W for read operations and 3.7W for write operations. The power disable (PWDIS) feature compatible with SATA 3.3 enables power management for individual SSD units, thereby improving the energy efficiency of data centers.
In terms of performance, the PM883 series SSDs have the highest sustained read and write speeds of 550MB/s and 520MB/s, respectively, and the highest random read and write speeds of 98K IOPS and 28K IOPS, respectively.
